ONE TEAM
One Team è il programma di responsabilità sociale d'impresa (CSR) di Euroleague Basketball, sostenuto dai club fondatori con la collaborazione di Special Olympics come Partner e utilizza il basket per ottenere un impatto sociale reale nelle nostre comunità.
Con un modello innovativo di interconnessione in un intero continente, Euroleague Basketball e i suoi club hanno sviluppato un programma di CSR completo che riunisce le attività di ogni squadra in modo integrato e di impatto, lavorando sul tema “dell’integrazione sociale". Ogni club partecipante sviluppa uno specifico progetto One Team considerando i bisogni della propria comunità al fine di beneficiare i gruppi sociali a rischio di esclusione a causa di problemi come l'abuso di sostanze e di genere, disabilità fisica o intellettuale. Dalla sua fondazione nel 2012, il programma One Team ha già raggiunto direttamente e indirettamente più di 27.000 partecipanti in 21 paesi coinvolgendo 80 squadre di Eurolega ed Eurocup e 407 Ambasciatori nei vari progetti.
Per la 5^ stagione consecutiva la Reyer ha scelto per il progetto One Team l’associazione CO.GE.S. Don Lorenzo Milani Società cooperativa sociale per far sì che lo sport sia un veicolo di integrazione sociale.
CO.GE.S. si occupa di minori residenti momentaneamente privi di cure parentali, minori in stato di abbandono e/o sottoposti a procedimento del Tribunale, minori stranieri non accompagnati, minori stranieri richiedenti asilo.
Ospitandoli nelle loro strutture residenziali, creano loro un percorso, fornendo gli strumenti necessari per affrontare la vita nella società quando divenuti maggiorenni dovranno abbandonare la comunità.
Il progetto consiste in un minimo di 8 incontri tra ragazzi e il mondo Reyer, capitanati dagli Ambasciatori Giovanni De Nicolao e Francesca Pan, duranti i quali potranno allenarsi con i coach del settore giovanile Reyer, confrontarsi, assistere alle partite, conoscere i giocatori da vicino così da sentirsi parte di una grande famiglia, della comunità e avere degli idoli di vita positivi.
Per la stagione 2024/25 il Programma One Team Reyer ha ricevuto il Bronze Award, un prestigioso riconoscimento per essersi classificato al terzo posto tra i programmi di tutte le squadre di Eurolega ed Eurocup.
One Team is the Euroleague Basketball Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, supported by the founding clubs with the collaboration of Special Olympics as a Partner and uses basketball to achieve a real social impact in our communities.
With an innovative interconnection model across an entire continent, Euroleague Basketball and its clubs have developed a comprehensive CSR program that brings together the activities of each team in an integrated and impactful manner, working on the theme of "social integration". Each participating club develops a specific One Team project considering the needs of its community in order to benefit social groups at risk of exclusion due to problems such as substance and gender abuse, physical or intellectual disability. Since its founding in 2012, the One Team program has already reached directly and indirectly more than 27,000 participants over 21 countries, involved 80 EuroLeague and EuroCup clubs and 407 Ambassadors through its various projects.
For the 5th consecutive season Reyer has chosen for the project One Team the association CO.GE.S. Don Lorenzo Milani Social Cooperative Society to make sport a vehicle for social integration.
CO.GE.S. takes care of minors temporarily without parental care, minors in a state of neglect and/or subject to court proceedings, unaccompanied foreign minors, foreign minors seeking asylum.
By accommodating them in their residential facilities, they create a pathway, providing them with the tools necessary to face life in society when they come of age must leave the community.
The project consists of a minimum of 8 meetings between boys and the Reyer world, led by Ambassadors Giovanni De Nicolao and Francesca Pan, during which they can train with the coaches of the youth sector Reyer, compare themselves, attend the matches, get to know the players closely so that you feel part of a big family, of the community and have positive life idols.
For the season 2024/25 the One Team Reyer Program received the Bronze Award, a prestigious recognition for ranking third among the programs of all Euroleague and Eurocup teams.
